Noticed having hard, bad tasting water from softener. Josh was third person in about 6 weeks sent to solve the problem - and so far my water is great. His solution was not enough water in the brine tank and showed me how it should be. I'm really glad I no longer need to purchase bottled water for making iced tea, etc. Josh is very professional and thorough, and Midway is lucky to have him.
