I called 2 time for an estimate. I was told the on the 1st call that someone would be out within the week. No one came so I called again and was told someone would come out the 1st part of this week and here is Friday and still no one has come out. I have now cancelled.

Birchcrest cant even show up for an estimate so I WILL NOT consider Birchcrest to complete the job we need done. It is extremely disappointing. Also unfortunate for Birchcrest as this was a big job.
