I would give them 5 stars but there's always room for improvement. The condo that we had was VERY clean and well furnished; from the bedding to the utensils. The necessary items; soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry products, etc. were appreciated.
We felt extremely welcomed and were not burdened by the staff in the least. It was as if it was our home and we were able to totally relax in the carefree environment.
