Awful experience here!! I laid in the ER with hardly any attention for 18 hrs before getting admitted to a room. I had a broken knee and a bleeding head injury that wasn't taken care of for 10 hrs. There were NO PILLOWS in the entire hospital the 3 days I was a patient. Nursing staff was minimal, but I had one that was wonderful (Adena). I would suggest avoiding this hospital IF you have a choice!!
