I bought a grill at Home Depot and they subed the assembly out to this company. AVOID this company at all costs. You will REGRET doing business with these guys. After missing 3 scheduled appointments, I continued to try to get them over to the house to do the required assembly. They never showed up. I m surprised that Home Depot contracts with them to do the installation of a product purchased at Home Depot. The floor manager from this company, Blake, was very unriable. He even laughed to my face when I told him how time was of the essence as my property was a million dollar vacation rental and the guests were expecting a new grill. He seemed to have zero control over the person who was out covering the assembly work. The assembler s name was Leonard. The person who answers the phone may sound professional at times but don t let that fool you. They are setting you up for failure. I already paid Home Depot for this installation as Home Depot billed me the minute I placed my order. Now, I have to go back to Home Depot and ask for a refund. What a joke these guys are. I wish I would ve checked their reviews before allowing Home Depot to sub out the assembly of my grill over to these people. When buying a product at Home Depot, please ask for a different company to help you assemble your product. If you don t do that and end up doing business with this unreliable crew, you will regret it, suffer the consequences, and wish you would ve listened to me.
