We really had good time during our sojourn to Scandinavia and the Baltics. We want to thank Ms. Annika Caro-Valenzuela for all the help received during the organization and the booking of the trip. The information given was very helpful.

There are a couple of points I would like to mention that will need review.

The instructions of the initial journey to the Silja line terminal in Stockholm city, was erroneous.
The instructions said Silja line terminal was only 500 meters from the Gardets underground Station. In reality we had to drag our suitcases and the other items and walk for nearly 1 Kilometer before reaching the Jetty. That was unexpected ,irritating and very tiring . The instructions must be revised.

All the hotels were excellently located but the First hotel Mayfair in Copenhagen did not meet the standards expected and the staff were not very helpful either. So I would not recommend that hotel. There are many other good hotels in Copenhagen .

Overall all the arrangements were very good . We will be glad to travel with Authentic Scandinavia AS Tour Operators again and would recommend it to others. A special word of thanks to Ms. Annika Caro-Valenzuela
