I lived in Lightview for a total of 3 months in the summer of 2020. I moved into an apartment deserted after the pandemic but with an incredibly high amount of personal belongings left in the all common spaces of the apartment. Management cleaned and painted my room but left me to clean the waste in the rest of my apartment at move-in. On top of this, the walls were in an absolutely disgusting condition. After I reported it to management, they refused to come re-do an overdue paint job but assured me that my apartment condition form would prevent me from being charged for the state of the apartment. At move-out, I received a $250 out of $400 security deposit back. I immediately contacted management to raise the issue as I was charged for wall damage and a trash bag left over. Despite checking back in close to 4 times, I was then directed to someone who confirmed the charge error but refused to refund the entirety of the $150 back. The argument I was given was that some hooks and self-adhesive pads were left on the walls. I will only receive $100 back, despite a long wait and incredibly unprofessional management of the situation.

Accommodation and prompt communication are 2 of the stronger of customer service. Lightview lacks both.
