Delta is short staffed; dirty; & has (for the most part), lost their passion for helping the sick. It is a cha-ching business & medical PRACTICE! I would say 2 out of 10 staff members show sincere compassion & will give you an honest answer. I was in ER for 9 hours & was always told "20 more minutes" (to appease me). If the wait is going to take 3 hours for test results..then just 'be real' & tell me that. The gal in the LAB department was one of the few that kept her word & wasn't goofing off. The flu is majorly going around & I was shocked that they weren't quarantined from the rest of the people. Instead, there were people in the halls...on the floors etc.... throwing up, crying....& sleeping for hours!!! curled up in a ball. We need Tulare Hospital to come back or to have another hospital built in the San Juaquin Valley!
