We purchased our Power Wagon in 2013 and had several concerns regarding the brakes. Audrey (case manager) was the best in ensuring that our concerns were addressed. Although we inundated her with phone calls and, at times, a bit out of character, she never wavered with her customer service, which was exemplary.
