I was told I had to add insurance even though it explicitly states in the document given to me that I did not. When I refused it the agent asked me who I had my insurance with. I finally agreed to the lowest tier available so that I could get to my destination with my husband and six year old. It was midnight to our bodies and I spent 45 minutes arguing with agent. Not what I was expecting nor want.
