I had my first experience with the service department at Jim Butler Maserati and was left very pleased with the entire experience. My car was done on time, on budget, and I feel confident in the quality of the work completed. Also wanted to recognize my service advisor, Tristan, for keeping me updated on the progress of the work and for going above and beyond to make sure I had alternate transportation while my car was in the shop for a few days.
