Surprised to see all of the negative reviews. I have never experienced any rudeness or ineptness from James or the staff. They are always open to listening and helping if they can or explaining why if they can t. For example, I received a parking ticket on a street without adequate signage. I called to ask about signage rules. They asked me to bring in the citation and I left with a letter to enclose with my protest. I think James has a done great job of repairing the mess he was left when possible.
