This place has a good value and great location. It's pretty much everything you'd expect from a 4 star rating. Nothing is bad, everything is good, not many things are amazing. If anything the location is a pretty good grand slam. The size of the room was acceptable. It was clean and the normal things all check out. The water pressure was good and the water was hot. I'd come back for sure.
