We had a great experience this past August. I ve used another local company 3 times in the past and each time was progressively worse. This was like a breath of fresh air. The price was right, delivery and pick up we re exactly on time and the scooter was in great condition. Had a tough time figuring it out because I never remember to put the brake on but customer service was fantastic and giggled along with me. They followed up after we got home and it was such a nice touch. Definitely recommend and would use again.
