Chef's table was delicious and lots of fun! We were hosted by Sommelier Dylan and Chef Chris and learned a lot about the effort that went into our dishes and the wine pairings. You'd be surprised! Our dietary restrictions were thoroughly adhered to, while still showcasing the local flavors and technique.
