My wife and I trying to advertise her new business...

My wife and I trying to advertise her new business on Google ad words and they are keep shutting our account down resume being suspicious credit card activity.
There is absolutely nothing suspicious about my credit card I follow all the prompts that Google ask for and they still don t let us advertise I feel that s very unfair or the system is broken. I have tried to call support many many times and nobody seem to figure it out they just keep The account closed.
