Each time I have ever called customer service regarding claims or pharmacy benefits SH has quickly corrected the issue and is always willing to call the pharmacy to correct a problem or issue. I am extremely impressed at this service and prompt responses. I ve had Blue Cross and Blue Shield and SH is by far the beSt customer service I have dealt with. I am always met with friendly, respectful and prompt answers and/or Resolution. I ve had SH for 5 years and very happy
