Platinum member. No welcome, no greeting, no "tha...

Platinum member. No welcome, no greeting, no "thank you", no welcome bag as every other property offers. Practically had to beg for a bottled water since none were stocked in the store. Funky smelling room, ripped bedding. Front desk clerk was pointless. 5/24/16 @ 9PM.

Update 5/25/16 @11AM: My car was broken into in the parking lot.
