I'll begin by saying the service is incredible here. Family owned and operated and it shows, the way they treat their customers sets them apart from any other jeweler I've ever seen. I went in one day just to browse for wedding rings. They greeted me, offered me a cappuccino and let me browse. I couldn't help myself, I saw a beautiful Carl F Bucherer Manero watch that caught my eye. Jordan was super reasonable and I ended up making the spontaneous decision to buy the watch - not only because the watch was attractive but to me, service is king and as I already mentioned, they way I was treated really just made me want to do business here.

It doesn't end there. I originally came in to look at wedding rings and of course I got that here too. CC has such a beautiful collection of fine jewelry, the quality and craftsmanship is extremely high. All of their diamonds are a minimum VS2. So I also ended up bringing my fiancee a few days later to look at wedding rings for her. Daniel helped us out, again the same quality service (the whole staff here is just awesome). My fiancee picked out a beautiful diamond band which she absolutely loves. They are extremely knowledgeable not to mention they have a passion for watches themselves so be prepared to have some great conversations too.

Contrary to this review, I'm not a person who is easily sold on things. Not because I'm not willing to spend but because I'm a person who looks for the buying experience. When you have the quality of the jewelry here combined with the level of service you get, you can't help but walk out feeling really good about your purchases.

God... I sound like I work here. lol But in all honesty, this place deserves the praise it's received, no exaggeration. The staff is professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuine - no BS which to me is priceless.

A couple friends of ours are also getting married this year and you know where I'll be bringing them. I'm so glad to see that I'm not the only one who's experienced the wonderful service here. I'm actually looking forward to coming back.
