One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had...

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We booked a suite for our large family with 3 kids under 6. Upon arrival we were told that we were downgraded to two junior rooms. The rooms were adjacent and not connecting. A key for one of the rooms did not work and it was never fixed and one of our kids got his hand jammed in the door. The staff, from managers to maintenance, are rude and unapologetic. The Mexican restaurant inside the hotel is disgusting. For the amount of amount that they charge for their rooms, please look for another hotel. Overall, a bad hotel with terrible management and subpar amenities.
