Dealing with Echelon has been a nightmare, to say the least. We spoke with a rep prior to ordering who confirmed the bike we wanted was in-stock and would ship within a week, so we went ahead and placed an order on 3/26 and we were charged for nearly $2,000. Over a week after ordering, the bike had still not shipped. After trying several ways to contact support (email, live chat, social media), we were told that it would ship by 4/20 (that did not happen) by one rep and by the end of June by another. It is abundantly clear that the are disorganized, unprofessional and untrustworthy.

We have been told a large variety of things depending on the day and who we have spoken to at Echelon. Supposedly the bike has shipped (and we were provided a tracking number) but it is been 8 days since the shipping label was created and it has not moved at all. When we reached out to customer support regarding this, they indicated that Echelon knowingly gave FedEx more packages than they could handle. When I asked about canceling the order or a discount for all the issues (and the fact that I have paid $2,000 for a bike that I should have received over 5 weeks ago) they offered no resolution.
