They updated the rooms but actually nothing was put on right. I wish I could show pictures of our room. The bathroom door handle was put on incorrectly and is falling off the door, the phone is broken so we have to use it on speaker for it work, the guest services are sometimes rude we asked for a blanket and they said the hotel didn t come with an extra blanket and we had to ask multiple times in order to get one, It seems like they took away amenities rather than adding them. They turned the lounge rooms into conference rooms that can t be accessed anymore. You also have to put on bracelets when you are in the pool because they need to know you re apart of the hotel. It s a great location but the hotel is actually not as nice as it used to be. The elevator was down for two days so I m not sure what those who cannot go up 8 flights of stairs would do in that situation.
