When I worked there the owner always kept the standards up on making the food: safety, flavor, value and timely delivery. Sounds like a few employees are rude lately and I can't tell you anything about that, but if he's running the place like he did in 2006, just talk to him and let him know your problems. He gets to the cause of the problem and fixes it.
