Never met service advisor until I left. Upon checking out my service advisor had so much chew under his lower lip it was very distracting and unprofessional.
The pricing for services that were recommended but not performed due to me electing not to, were not competitive and deemed unnecessary by another professional. They washed my car without permission and gave it to me in a worse condition than I left it in. I took it in clean with tires dressed and they washed it without drying it at all. A little common sense please...
The work that was done was completed well from a mechanical standpoint.
