Had a major email crisis on a Saturday which I couldn't resolve so called Andromeda Services. Their communication and pricing was clear and upfront. We had agreed a time but they rang and asked if it would be OK to come earlier. There's a first. In terms of fixing my problem(s) they were excellent.It wasn't a straightforward fix but they persevered and resolved things one step at a time. I now have fully functioning email which synchronises with other devices. I've put them in my Favourites list in case I have any IT problems in the future.
