The office manager refused me service because he said I had to pay my full decuable up front. I said no I only had to pay the copayment. He didn't let me see my doctor. I then asked for my medical records and he said I had to pay $25. I said ok fine. I waited for 30 more minutes and no medical records. I then said never mind. I was told by office staff that I could request them from new doctor free of charge I said ok and left. That was March of 2015. My new doctor has asked for my medical records and still have not received them. A few days ago I received a collection letter from them. I called my insurance and they said they never received medical records for them to finish processing the claim. I call the office and spoke with same office manager and he still refused to release medical records.
