I was looking for an authorized installer of CarPro C.Quartz Professional ceramic coating for my new Tesla Model 3 when I came across Nathan Alhades. When I called him, I was impressed by the way he took his time to educate me on the products, and to help me figure out exactly what I needed and why. After a 30-minute conversation, I understood my options a lot better, and decided to meet with Nathan. We then sat down and had an hour-long conversation that allowed me to get to know Nathan, make some decisions, and understand the whole process. Nathan goes over and above to build relationships with his customers from the ground up, very rare in our current rush-rush environment.
I decided to go with Suntek PPF Ultra wrap (10 year warranty) over the entire vehicle and CarPro C.Quartz Pro Finest Reserve ceramic coating (3-year warranty), plus Llumar FormulaOne ceramic window tinting for the four side windows. Nathan installs the ceramic coating, and partners with Jason and his team at Sunbusters Window Tinting (in Austin, TX) who installs the wrap and window tinting. These wraps and coatings are not cheap, so I wanted the best installers I could find.
After a minor glitch during the installation process, Nathan and Jason bent over backwards to make sure the final result was perfect and that I was a very satisfied customer. The final result was gorgeous, and I now feel more confident when driving that a small flying rock is not going to take a big bite out of my paint finish! Plus, during recent rains I ve seen how the water beads up and rolls right off, and the car is much easier to keep sparkling clean! Nathan has also scheduled a free service visit that he does for customers in which he ll come out to my house and show me the best washing products and techniques.
