Why would anyone go anywhere else for home appliances? My 16-year-old refrigerator broke this morning. I phoned Brown at 8 am. The person I spoke with diagnosed the problem over the phone (busted autodefroster), got the serial number, and sent out two repairmen who arrived at 10a (27 miles away). It took them two hours to manually defrost and then fix the unit. In addition they checked out and cleaned everything including all the racks in the freezer! They could not have been more courteous and helpful. At the end, the bill came to $169. I have bought all my appliances from Brown and have never been disappointed not in the product and not in their outstanding customer service. Thank you!!!
