This is a review of the online store. I have very poor experience with the company. If you need some extra help or advice customer service does not work. I spent 3 days of writing to make an order and in the end it didn't work
It seems the company grew up to such extent that it became bureaucratic, inefficient, non-flexible and employees have no interest to sell anything (but to write some generic answer to get the job done - get rid of inbox requests). To get a written answer you have to wait one day (sorry, I can't call because I am in Europe at the moment). Online chat does not work. Proposal to talk via Skype or any online service (google chat) was ignored...

Last year I was trying to order Sigma 85mm lens. After waiting to long for some support I gave it up and ordered from Amazon. Now I was trying to order Nikkor 70-200 (due to tax free out of New Jersey and free tripod). I'm close to giving it up....

All in all make yourself a favor, order from Amazon and you will not have problems. Support at B&H or Crutchfield works on completely other level....
Advice to shareholders: hire anonymous consumers and check efficiency and satisfaction level with customer support

PS I need lens for the road trip starting in LA and I lost 3 days, now I have difficulties to get the lens on time elsewhere without paying crazy shipping costs. Very frustrating experience....
