I worked for her during college. She's (as mentioned above) a complete scam artist. Her agency is run out of her 1BR apartment, and by 'agency,' I mean her and 8 (as in two less than 10) unpaid interns.
She isn't a real literary agent. The premise is to make money by sourcing people to her "book editing" service, not identify and sign talented writers.
So, yea... if you want your manuscript reviewed by a handful of 19 year olds, and then an offer to "help you polish for a reasonable fee," definitely send her your stuff.
