We bought a 2020 Camry Se Upgrade Model. Our Sales Rep was Lu Tian. He was an amazing individual to work with. Not once during our visits did we ever feel a pressure to buy, and neither did his customer service level change during our multiple visits. We had gone to a few other dealerships and you could tell when a sales rep made a judgement that we were not going to buy that day and therefore their customer service also declined as the visit continued. Lu supported us to understand our needs and we were able to negotiate a great deal on our purchase !
