No complaints about the store, the selection or the salespeople, In fact, all of that was a pleasant experience. I loved having the freedom to roam around and not be pestered by pushy salespeople. We love our couches and the pick-up process was easy and the guys there were pleasant and helpful. The counter stools we got though are substandard. Two screws fell out after the first few days. I think we will be returning them.
