My recent experience for service to my vehicle at bmw mountain view was nothing short of a great experience due in large part to my service adviser mr. wayne hong. first off i appreciated the fact that mr. hong gave me several options i could go with for my service and the correlating different prices. from experience at other dealerships and service centers where trying to push onto the customer the most expensive option for a particular service is the norm, having the option to choose what was best for me, my vehicle, and budget was refreshing to say the least. Also, due to my schedule and and living in monterey county and having a loaner vehicle, i was unable to pick up my car in the allotted grace period for having a loaner vehicle out. i contacted mr. hong the day after my vehicle was ready to be picked up and asked him would it be alright to pick up my car first thing monday 8/31? he informed me that after checking with his supervisor and the loaner vehicle department about my request that it would be okay to do so. needless to say this helped me out tremendously! and last but definitely not least, the original cost of the service that i chose from the options presented to me by mr. wong, was quoted as over a $1,000. to my surprise and great pleasure mr. wong gave me a 10% discount! in this day and time any way we can save on anything is a blessing. i personally want to say thank-you mr. wong for going above and beyond in providing me with such excellent customer service and helping to solidify my choice in making bmw of mountain view my first choice in the servicing and potential purchasing of future vehicles.
