This happened last September 2019. The fifth floor nurses were negligent in notifying the wife of Morys Hines of his distress before his dying in the hospital.
His team of nurses Maureen and Allonah had at a minimum of four (4) hours to notify his wife that he was in total distress and something was wrong and to come to the hospital immediately. Total disregard of compassion for the patient and family. This timeframe was confirmed by hospital medical records. And all the hospital said was miscommunication. This left a broken-hearted wife that didn t get to comfort her husband, to be by his side, or be allowed to say goodbye and hold his hand until he passed. The family of Morys Hines (Peaches) pities those hospital staff that were involved in this injustice.
