Shawn was excellent! Such great customer care! I would give you 5 stars just for him. However, ever since I visited this service location I ve received several unsolicited Your Warranty Is About To Expire letters and e-mails. It appears Toyota of Irving either sold or shared my personal information (mailing and e-mail address). It's terrible that Shawn has to work for you. I won't be back. 3 stars because of Shawn and good mechanical service despite the terrible invasion of personal privacy.
