He has been staying at this hotel for five years and in my last stay (February 2018) the treatment that I have received from the staff has been disastrous, since I arrived at the boy who was in reception I ignore until another girl arrived attend us (20 min after we arrived at the hotel), giving us the explanation of what the breakfast of two people was included in the room when the reservation was made with the breakfast included for the three people, the only solution I received was that I had a cost of $ 100 per day, in the stay I only received cleaning of the room three days of the six days that was my stay, of which until the fifth day they notified me that there was a stained towel and that it was damage by whites and I had to pay the Towel (the towel was not stained, it was only dyed by the tone of my hair, which without problems was removed since it is vegetable dye) I had never been charged a towel for damage of white in this hotel and / or in others despite the fact that my hair has been dyed for years; the restaurant staff very rude and unattentive, the breakfast schedule that came included had a schedule from 8 to 12 but from 10:45 they start to lift dishes and only leave leftovers. the pool was dirty and "the jacuzzi" was not working. In the room upon arrival the room they gave me was one of the ones on the first floor and there was too much humidity, the air was not served and when requesting the change of room, Melissa same boy who took me grocerily answered me that you cannot be changing rooms and that only for that occasion they were doing it, when we arrived at the room everything perfect touched us on the second floor the a / a worked perfect, the bathroom, the living room, the kitchen all perfect, the only one EU problem we had were with the room with the single beds are very hard and the plastic protector that put the mattresses makes it essential to be able to sleep in them. the cleaning of the room far above only have the beds and from time to time they sweep, the internet is very bad and after 00:00 they turn it off.
Really after this last experience and with the cost of the hotel I would recommend a hotel closer to the center and with the same services.
