Do not buy a vehicle here. My car was totaled due to a roll over accident I was in on January 15. I had full coverage insurance and GAP. It is now March 21st and Dick Poe still hasn't sent over the necessary paper work in order for my GAP to kick in. I call them and they say the only lady that can help me isn't in. Then I left a message in February (maybe the 2nd) and she when she finally called me back she left me a message stating that her voicemail wasn't working. I called back and no dice. I drive all the way from Albuquerque (I was recently relocated for work) to get this taken care of and the lady at front tells me she gone for the day, then backtracks and says "oh she's here but she's on a call, you'll have to wait." I've been waiting 50 mins for her call to be over and nothing.
When I bought the car the salesperson even argued with me about my car not coming with floor mats! Even though the back ones were in the truck. When he gave the front ones, I noticed he gave me the wrong ones because the stitching was blue for two and beige for the other ones. Terrible all around. Lets see how long I'm here for waiting for her call to end. It's only a 4hr drive back home anyway.
