I live in New York and went to him in New Jersey, because a lot of dealers from various makers, tell you they have what you want and don't; trying to push you what they have. Jim was able to get us the vehicle we wanted, complete all the paperwork online and we were able to pick it up the following morning, also returning our leased Mercedes ending in a few days. Saving us the trip and hassle. Drove in with our old lease and left with the new F-Pace.
