Also sent in my HTC One through my carrier due to a camera issue a few months ago.

Not only did they not fix the problem, the phone came back with a bunch of scratches and it looked like it was re-assembled by a blind technician.

After fighting with my carrier for a few days, they finally replaced my phone with a new one.

I don't understand why some phone manufacturers and certain carriers insist on using this company as their service centre.

I don't like Apple phones but I gotta say when it comes to repair and customer service, Apple is leaps and bounds above everyone else. I brought my wife's iPad for service at an Apple store and they replaced it right on the spot, no questions asked.

With Futuretel, it took about 10 days to get the phone back and in worse shape than when it was sent.
