I wanted to take the time today to thank Mrs. Rosalynn Williams for being so helpful and delivering amazing customer service! Even with dealing with an unruly, rude, and unprofessional salesman in their financial department from the furniture store (super Nova furniture) where i made my furniture purchase where we called to verify information to move forward with the loan and payments. Through it all Mrs. Rosalynn remained professional with him and was apologetic on his behalf to me for his behavior!! Thank you Rosalynn for all of your help!
