This place is a joke. 9 months into an open and shut case and I am still waiting for my case to be resolved. Poor customer service, rarely respond to emails/phone calls. Failure to pass my claim information onto the third party insurers and lacking support/fighting my case. If I had the choice, I'd rate at 0 stars.
