Had my bike there in Service to put a new front Tire new rotors on my Deluxe left with the new rotor on front wheel rubbing after a quarter of the wheel spinning. They said rotor was warped so after 4 rotors and the problem not being fixed they would not take the blame for damaging my front wheel. Rim got damaged/bent at this shop. I talked to the Owner about the problem and explained to him that I would buy a new rim if the new rim done the same as the rim that's on there now I pay for the rim but if it didn't then he as the Owner would be responsible for the cost of the new rim. He refused to agree. This service department sucks. If you ever take your bike to this service department be prepared to spend more money for something else going wrong with your bike. I'm not the first one that they've damaged my bike. Several people have said the same thing. I'm sure they won't post this because they don't want the public to see the negative feed back about the service department .
