The Syracuse zoo is good, but certainly a bit smal...

The Syracuse zoo is good, but certainly a bit small. There are quite a few animals you might expect to see that aren't here such as giraffes and rhinos.

Some highlights though--lots of elephants, an octopus, a fantastic penguin exhibit with partial underwater views, quite a few primates, and a decent selection of fish, including Dory and Nemo lookalikes.

A brief tip: Apple Maps users will be directed to a neighborhood adjacent to the zoo entrance which has been frustrating for us. The actual entrance is slightly further down the road and features a zoo sign.
