This was a virtual visit over the Webcam and phone due to the COVID-19 Pandemic still taking place. I've spoken with two people, the lady doing my intake and then the dietician since I was first accepted as a patient at South Georgia Medical Center on August 18, 2020. Overall the couple of people I have spoken with seem nice and knowledgeable. At the end of the second phone call visit I question the dietician asking how long it would be before I would actuall be able to come in and see Dr. Lawrence because I am in need of an insulin pump and as of now my insurance will full cover the pump but I may be losing this insurance in March of 2021. So with that being said I know the pandemic has things messed up but I have stressed to them the importance and time sensitive situation I am currently in and need desperately for them to give me an actual appointment to show up and speak with Dr. Lawrence as soon as possible. Thanks.
