They need to train their employees better. On the evening of Jan 5, 2018 I was at the order pickup counter to discuss the fact that I had received an email stating that I had picked up my order ( a $207 range hood). Well in fact I had not picked up the order. I had received a email prior to this stating that I only had until a certain date left to pick it up, and it had taken me awhile to get to the store and get my order.

I explained the situation in detail to the lady at the counter (long hair in braids) and she kept insisting that the order had been picked up when in fact it had not. Even printed some paperwork trying to prove to me that it had been picked up. Then she made comments to me about how it was somehow my fault. She seemed to think the fact that I had spent $200 on an item I never received is a perfectly acceptable way for a store to do business.

Luckily I waited a few days and checked my bank account and saw that it had been refunded to my credit card. I was sent no email that notified me of this. Still, I am livid thinking that for a minute there I thought I was out $200. I have had trouble with the HD manager in the past so was not looking forward to dealing with management again. I sure hope someone from corporate reads these reviews and looks into the matter.
