I must admit that my sales experience with Lizzy was second to none. Definitely deserving of five stars. However, I did have some issues. To start with I purchased my 2017 Kia Sportage on a rainy day,(5-19-2017). I understand that the dealership cleans/details your new car before you leave with it. This couldn't happen because of the heavy rain that day, of which I was accepting of and fine with. So I drive my new Sportage home to show it off. On the way the storm breaks and the sun begins to shine. While admiring my car in the driveway I discover adhesive/glue spots throughout the body and a chip and crack in the paint on the corner of the hood. Also swirl scratches in the paint and on the head and tail light lens. This damaged appeared to be from a course wiping cloth, possibly paper towel product. Needless to say I call the dealership and am instructed to return immediately. I know car dealerships work with lots of customers buying lots of cars. So I fully understand how these issues can and do slip through directly to the customer. In closing let me say that I believe Kia has some of the best cars on the road today, I also own a 2016 Soul (great driving/riding car). With all I've said in this review let me add that Paramount Kia is a great place to buy a car. Their people are top notch......really. I just fell into a set of circumstances that shoulda coulda been avoided. Thanks UPDATE: Todays date, 06-07-2017. As I have previously stated, the staff at Paramount Kia Hickory is top notch. I've had the pleasure of dealing personally with Mr. Jason Greene, (Service Manager) and Mr. Teudi Flores, (Sales Manager) to name a couple. These gentlemen have personally taken on my concerns pertaining to my new Kia Sportage. Today I went to the dealership to pick up my car. It looks fantastic. However, Mr. Greene wasn't quite satisfied and wanted to do a bit more buffing and polishing on my car. I feel confident that; if asked these gentlemen would literally bend over backwards to insure that their customers have a pleasant buying experience. This adds to my testament that, not only are Kia brand cars fantastic but they (the cars) have great people selling them.
