I've stayed at many five star hotels expecting excellence in customer service, only to be disappointed. I rarely stay at Radisson, so I was expecting ho-hum service, boy was I wrong. From the minute I checked in with my family, I received five star customer service. Every employee I encountered during my stay was fantastic. Service with a smile, hard to find these days.
The facility and rooms met all my expectations. I left this morning completely satisfied, and will definitely come back to this hotel next time I'm in the area.
