Hello Andreas!
I am a very big fan of your show on PBS here in SW Florida, Naples...WGCU TV, and i have cooked a couple of your ways of french frying baked/cooked potato's & simply love the flavors, and to watch you cook on Tuesday & Thursday's is simply something i look forward to each week! I love how Beautiful Norway is, and i do appreciate the history you pass along during each presentation! I can only imagine how wonderful it is to actually eat at St. Lars in Oslo...i hope to visit one day, but in the meantime, just a few lines of Thanks as well, you make watching so interesting that i wish you were on for a full hour, rather than just 30 minutes...Also, having the girls cooking as well on the TV, i love the beauty they bring with the food & breads they cook is nothing short of a joyous experience!
