Scheduled a no wait appointment to replace 1 t...

Scheduled a no wait appointment to replace 1 tire on 2017 Ford Focus. Arrived at 10:30am. After waiting over an hour, was told that they didn t have a Focus tire in stock, but was sending a guy to a tire warehouse. How do you not have a tire for the most generic car on your lot ?
After a total wait of 4 hours, I m told that they are starting on my car !!!!
You told us it would be a quick in and out appointment.

After lodging a complaint with the red headed service guy, instead of an apology, he looks me in the eye and says Whatever !!!!!
