The Delta catered our wedding in July, 2019, which was held in a barn near St Andrews.

The professionalism, creativity, attention to detail and passion for food made it into an absolutely unforgettable meal. So often, wedding reception food is just OK. This was the kind of meal that people dream about getting in a fine dining restaurant! Our wedding and reception had a theme, and the chefs at the Delta designed an entire menu around it. Every single part of every single dish of the entire meal was customizable. They provided wait staff who were exemplary and provided flawless service. All of the ingredients were high quality and local, and the flavors were unbelievable. They came up with gluten free, nut free and vegan options that were unbelievably good. They also provided fun snack options including smores, hot dogs and nachos for our late night guests. The design, preparation and execution of this meal were absolutely flawless. The only downside is the high cost - but it was worth every penny. I can t even be sad that the meal is over, because it was so perfectly delicious that I will remember it for the rest of my life!
